Interpersonal skills are the skills that help us relate and communicate with other people.
As AI begins to take over routine, structured tasks, activities and jobs that are easily automated by intelligent systems, the skills that make us uniquely human will become more and more instrumental. These are interpersonal skills like, communication, listening, and empathy, along with strategic thinking and situational awareness.
